Shipping policy

 

As a result of COVID-19, there might be a delay in receiving your orders within the given timeframe. Efforts are being made to fulfill all orders and ship them within a reasonable timeframe. 

All US orders over $50 receive free shipping. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours via USPS first class shipping.  Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 business days.

As soon as your order is placed and paid, you will receive your first email notification.  A second email will be sent to notify you that your item/items have been shipped. 

Kute & Komfi is not responsible for situations beyond our control such as inclement weather, incorrectly provided addresses or lost packages by USPS.  In the event that your items are lost or damaged during transit, you must file a claim with USPS.

*IMPORTANT: ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED

 

Currently, we only ship in the United States.
